eleven:eleven planet — the terms

What this is

A phone app for sitting, breathing and walking in calm places (eleven:eleven planet), and the field, the server it meets when it can reach it; it plays on its own when it cannot. The app is free to install and shows no advertising. Four places are free for good. PRO is paid for. The field used to have a website too; it is closed, and the field is now only the server of the apps.

PRO

PRO opens the other places and lets you walk through each place and the country round it. There are three ways to have it, and each shows its price in your own currency before you pay:

  • Monthly, renewing every month.
  • Yearly, renewing every year. A new subscriber's first 7 days are free; cancel before they end and nothing is charged.
  • Lifetime, one payment, with no renewal. It stays yours on that store account for as long as the app is offered.

    • You pay through the store you got the app from, Google Play or the App Store, and that store's own terms apply to the payment. The seller is the one the store names: Nikolaos Delios on Google Play, Vasileios Sagonas on the App Store. Your card details never reach the app or the field, and the field is never told who paid.

    A subscription renews by itself until you cancel it. Cancel at any time in the store: on Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, on an iPhone under your Apple Account's Subscriptions. PRO then runs to the end of the time you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

    Prices may change. A lifetime purchase is never charged again, and the store tells a subscriber before a new price applies to them. To ask for a refund, go to the store you paid through. To bring PRO back on a new phone, sign in to the same store account and press Restore on the PRO page.

    What is asked of you

  • Be kind to whoever else is in the grass.
  • Do not try to break the field, flood it, or take it down for others.
  • Do not use the field to harass anybody, or to put anything unlawful into it.

    • That is the whole of it. Anyone who makes the field worse for other people may be shut out of it.

    What is promised

    The app is offered as it is. Its places and music may change, and the field may be away for a while; the app still plays without it. Your own statistics are kept in the field, and they could be lost. Nothing here takes away the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

    Getting in touch

    The field is kept by Vasileios Nektarios Sagonas (V-Sag). What it keeps is written at https://1111.v-sag.com/privacy, and your walk can be deleted from inside the app, as https://1111.v-sag.com/delete-account says. Anything else can be asked of the keeper. To ask them, write to info@v-sag.com and say roughly when you last walked and, if you walked on the website, the name your firefly wore.
